IDENTITY
• The identity of food on a global scale is a simplified gloabalizzata
• The food industry and the mass distribution for each continent has identified a food type that is administered as a typical traditional but no link with the territory of origin
• The agricultural production for the production of food has been simplified both from the point of view that genetic territorial landscaped
• Only fifteen species of plants are used to meet 75% of the calories that are needed for the world’s population and only 3 accounts for 75% ( Rice – Corn – Wheat )
